Thriving in Menopause

  • Udara Movement Studio 150 Murray Street Hobart Tasmania Australia (map)

Menopause and perimenopause are seasons of life worth honouring. Join us for a morning of education, movement and connection that promises to be deeply informative and supportive, whatever your experience of this season of life.

We'll hear from Jenna Bell, Nurse Practitioner and founder of Menopause and Me. Jenna will share tips and ideas to help you support your health and wellbeing during this time of your life - covering physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual and occupational health.

Following Jenna’s presentation there will be time for a short Q&A. You'll then be guided through a very mellow and restorative practice that will conclude with a relaxation to the soundscape of crystal sound bowls.

Udara’s Lydia Richards will hold a loving and inclusive space for the practice exploring themes of sacred life seasons, self-compassion, and the goddess energy.

The morning will close with a short inquiry of self-compassion with Udara Founder, Dr Kate Cashman, with facilitated sharing by Udara members navigating this season for themselves. Share the gift of being in circle with others navigating what you, too, are experiencing.
