    A business owner, consultant and coach, you will find Kate brings her love of people and purpose driven leadership to Udara. Kate is passionate about Udara as a community partner in Hobart, and that the studio provides space for people to move in ways that they love.

    Renowned Jivamukti teacher and teacher trainer, Sandy’s practice is integrated beyond āsana) and through an inclusive lens. Themed around yoga philosophy, Sandy’s classes always have an eclectic playlist, a fun and challenging sequence; supportive hands-on-assists and mantra chanting.

With a focus on depth over speed, she invites students to explore the richness of each posture to cultivate inner calm and balance. She is also responsible for supporting and welcoming our members and helping love on our teachers!

    Andy teaches a fast-paced, uplifting style of Ashtanga vinyasa. Classes are fun and challenging, encouraging you to try new things and test your limits. Infused with music, hands-on assists and humour.

    Meghan brings a classical Ashtanga yoga background to contemporary Ashtanga Vinyasa classes that harmonise breath with movement through sequential postures from the first and second series of Ashtanga. Classes are steady and strong and suitable for all students.

    Recently arrived from the states, Anna brings a love of languages, philosophy, humour, and flow to Udara. Her classes are dancing traditions on the mat, ranging anywhere from fast and fiery to rejuvenating and restorative, intuitively inspired by how her students land on their mats. No class is the same, as Anna loves to play with polarities, playlists, perceptions, and people in general.

    Miranda's classes are inclusive, supportive and bring an element of playfulness and approachability. She has been teaching for over 8 years, has extra training in Yin, children's and perinatal yoga, and myofacial release and her classes are grounded, welcoming and like coming home.
