    As a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Sandy (they/them) is passionate about teaching integrated yoga, through an inclusive lens. Sandy’s classes are themed around a topic from yoga philosophy, supported by an eclectic playlist, a fun and challenging sequence; accompanied by hands-on-assists and chanting with the harmonium.
