       Anna Lampe-Onnerudyoga teacher Hailing from New York City and with roots in Sweden, and Germany, Anna brings a love of languages, people, and flow to Udara. Anna’s classes are dancing traditions on the mat. Inspired by strong Vinyasa and Yin flows, she holds many lineages and is a student, a teacher, a teachers' student, and a teachers' teacher. Anna loves to play with polarities, expectations, and people in general.
